*Cancellations 24hrs in advance no charge. Cancellations less than 24hrs will be a 50% charge of services requested. 

 

*We operate during all weather conditions when permitted. 

Operating in the rain: 

We will continue all services in the rain. Some dogs don't like the rain so we may have to limit the visit to 15min if it isn't already. We will make sure your pups paws are cleaned and that they are dried off. We'll try our best to get out the "wet dog smell".

Operating in thunder and lightning:

We will continue all services in the rain (except runs or hikes). If thunder storms are severe we will limit the visit to 15min if it isn't already.

Operating in snow storms:

We will continue all services in snow storms. We do however observe all driving bans that are issued, state wide and local.

Operating in sever heat/cold:

We will still operated during the severe heat and cold. There will be lots of water available on hot days. We may need to change our route if the pavement is too hot. Services may be limited to 15min if it isn't already, for conditions to severe for your pup.

*We observe most major holidays and there are limited services available, with an additional charge. 

Holidays we observe are: New Years Day, Memorial day, Independence  Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

 

*We will notify you of any times we are not available to provide services in advance of scheduled visits.
